The bezel is the outside frame or edge that surrounds the monitor’s front glass or LCD panel. For aesthetics or hygiene, many people prefer a bezel less monitor, or frameless monitor.  They go by many names: zero-bezel monitors,  or bezel-free  monitor.  These are simply monitors without frames.  Products in this category feature LCD monitors that have a single piece of glass covering the entire front face of the monitor. The glass covers the entire front of the display, edge-to-edge, top to bottom, without bezels. This type of  monitor has no bezel or frame around the front edges, as seen with typical LCD monitors. Easy to clean ZERO-BEZEL DISPLAYS

The enclosure of a monitor is what surrounds the screen and all other components. Enclosures offer different looks, feels, and advantages and disadvantages.  Since monitors without bezels use a single, solid surface, they are easy to clean. You won’t have to worry about contamination or germ build-up. There is nowhere for germs to hide. These hygiene advantages are why so many modern medical LCD monitors and medical touch screens feature a zero bezel monitor design. No Bezel monitors & Touch screens

Both our LCD monitors and projected capacitive multi-touch touch screens are available as frameless monitors. The projected capacitive multi-touch screen has two major advantages compared to standard touch screens. First, it can be activated by both a bare finger and a finger covered by a surgical glove or thin cotton glove. Second, the multi-touch screen enables activation with up to 10 inputs simultaneously. In addition, it cannot be false-trigged by liquids or grease on the surface.  The UL 60601 versions are ideal for surgical OR’s, medical carts.  They are also deployed for microscopy, clean rooms, and more. IP65 WATERPROOF ZERO BEZEL DISPLAYS

All of our Zero Bezel frameless monitors and touch screens feature a waterproof front face, rated IP65. This ensures protection against dirt, dust, moisture, blood and other fluids. This also simplifies cleaning and disinfecting, and ensures reliable long-term performance.
