LCD Monitors for Machine Vision and Automated Inspection
TRU-Vu provides a wide range of industrial LCD monitors for machine vision applications. Machine vision and automated vision inspection systems require a diverse range of solutions. TRU-Vu’s compact 7″ to 12″ monitors are ideal for smart cameras. Additionally, they are great for limited-space applications. 13.3″ to 19″ LCD monitors are available in a multitude of configurations. Standard, panel mount, rack mount, and touch screens with 4:3 aspect ratio cover most standard installations. Additionally, our 16:9 aspect ratio monitors are ideal for widescreen monitor solutions. For example, they are a perfect match for high-resolution Gig-E cameras, microscopes, and other HD imaging cameras.
In certain situations, such as robotic work cells, around large machinery, or in larger manufacturing plants different displays are recommended. 21.5” to 65” rugged, industrial waterproof LCD monitors are used to display video images or production data. Wide range of video Inputs and 4:3 / 16:9 aspect ratios
TRU-Vu industrial LCD monitors for machine vision feature a wide range of video inputs to ensure compatibility with nearly any type of industrial cameras. This includes 4:3, 16:9, analog composite video (BNC), S-Video, VGA, and DVI. Additionally, HDMI, HD-SDI, DisplayPort and more are available with analog or digital inputs.
Unfortunately, despite the continued widespread use of 4:3 cameras, LCD monitors with a 4:3 aspect ratio are getting harder and harder to find. Many manufacturers have abandoned them in favor of the newer 16:9 widescreens. However, TRU-Vu Monitors still offers a complete line of industrial-grade 4:3 aspect ratio LCD monitors. These range in size up to 19″ screens. Likewise, they are available with standard, waterproof, steel or open frame enclosures. Touch screen, sunlight readable, or optically bonded are also offered.
