• If the model is in stock in our U.S. warehouse, we usually ship within 1–2 business days.
• For built-to-order (custom or standard) units, the production lead time is approximately 8–12 weeks, depending on the model and complexity.
• For units shipped from our overseas factories, expect an additional 5–7 weeks by sea or 5–10 days by air to reach our U.S. warehouse.

2. Where are TRU-Vu monitors manufactured and engineered?

• Design and engineering are performed in the U.S.
• The majority of our standard models are manufactured in Taiwan.

3. Where can I buy a TRU-Vu monitor?

8. Do you ship to Canada or internationally?

• Yes — we ship to Canada and other international destinations.

9. What are TRU-Vu’s accepted payment terms?

• Once credit is approved, our standard terms are Net 30.
• We also accept wire transfer, ACH, and credit card payments.

10. What warranty or support do you offer, and how do I request service / repairs?

• We offer a warranty on our products (typically 3 years for most monitors).

• If the issue is under warranty or requires repair, request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by completing our form or contacting technical support at (847) 259-2344.
• Returned units must include model and serial numbers, a description of the problem, original accessories/manuals, and be packaged securely.
• Units returned without an RMA may be refused.
• Warranty repairs are generally free, and we cover return shipment within the U.S.
• For out-of-warranty repairs or international returns, customers may be invoiced for repair costs and shipping.

11. Can I customize or modify a TRU-Vu monitor to suit my project?
