Digital signage has exploded in popularity throughout the world. It started out displaying simple text messages but has evolved into full streaming video, multi-media presentations. They are used in retail stores and malls, casinos, airports, office buildings, restaurants, factories and more for advertising, entertainment and information.
These monitors require quick response time, good resolution and sufficient brightness, making the 20" and larger TRU-Vu displays ideal for digital signage applications.
Public view monitors incorporate a camera right inside the front bezel of the monitor. They are typically used in retail store as at theft deterrent, but are also used increasingly in many other commercial and industrial applications.
